Travel companions—nontechnical registrants
Travel companions of attendees are invited to register for the PRiME 2016 as a Nontechnical Registrant. The nontechnical registrant Early-Bird fee of $45 (increases up to $50 after September 2) includes admission to non-ticketed social events, tickets for events at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, access to a designated lounge for all nontechnical registrants and a special “Welcome to Honolulu” gift bag, along with food and drink vouchers for the venue. The lounge is available Monday through Thursday, 0800-1000h.
Travel grants
Deadline for travel grants is June 10, 2016. All applicants for biannual meeting travel grants will be notified of their status prior to the early-bird registration deadline. For additional travel grants being offered at the PRiME 2016 Meeting, individuals may inquire directly to symposium organizers to see if funding is available. Contact information for each symposium is located within the various sections in the Call for Papers.
Refund policy
Written requests for refunds will be honored only if received at ECS headquarters by September 26, 2016. All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee and requests for refunds must be made in writing and emailed to customerservice@electrochem.org. Refunds will not be processed until AFTER the meeting.
